Hi! I am the founder of Hotflash inc, a global digital media platform devoted to the perimenopause, menopause, and midlife transition.
You might be thinking, why trust a journalist? I get it — there are people with entire medical degrees giving advice for free. So why listen to me? Well, I’m the only journalist in the world who has devoted my career to investigating this transition full-time. I take no sides. I’m not here to sell you a pill, a protocol, or a miracle.
